CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure all patients have access to timely care, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your appointment slot to someone on the waiting list.

• Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur any charge.

• Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full cost of the appointment.
