Pelvic health issues are incredibly common - but they’re often something women feel they just have to “put up with.”

You don’t.

This space is designed to give you clarity, support, and practical solutions - whether you’re postnatal, perimenopausal, or dealing with symptoms you’ve had for years.

What I Treat

  • Urinary and faecal urgency or incontinence

  • Pelvic organ prolapse

  • Bowel issues, including constipation

  • Sexual dysfunction

  • C-section and episiotomy scar-related issues

  • Diastasis Rectus Abdominis

  • Pelvic and lower back pain

  • Pre and post-natal rehabilitation

  • Pessary fitting

Mummy MOT®

I am a licensed Mummy MOT® practitioner, offering specialist postnatal assessments following childbirth - regardless of delivery type.

This is a comprehensive check that looks at:

  • Pelvic floor function

  • Abdominal muscle recovery

  • Posture and movement

  • Scar healing (C-section or episiotomy)

  • Your overall return to exercise and daily life

We’ll also talk through how to realistically reintroduce exercise into your routine - whether your goal is getting back to running, returning to the gym, or simply feeling stronger and more like yourself again.

My focus is always on listening to you - your goals, your concerns, and what matters most in your recovery.

When Should You Book?

It’s recommended to attend after your 6–8 week GP check.

However, I also regularly work with women who:

  • Gave birth months or years ago

  • Still feel limited by symptoms

  • Want to return to exercise safely

  • Are preparing for another pregnancy

It’s never “too late” to address these issues.

How I Treat

Treatment methods and modalities include:

  • Pelvic floor muscle retraining (strengthening, down-training, coordination)

  • Rehabilitation using point-of-contact ultrasound

  • Breathing regulation

  • Scar management (C-section or episiotomy)

  • Acupuncture and dry needling

  • Soft tissue mobilisation

  • Kinesio taping

  • Education on bowel management and bladder urgency

  • Pessary fitting for pelvic organ prolapse

What You Can Expect

  • Clear, honest conversations about what’s going on

  • A plan that fits into your life (not the other way around)

  • Support returning to exercise safely and confidently

  • A space where you feel listened to and understood
