Mummy MOT®
I am a licensed Mummy MOT® practitioner, offering specialist postnatal assessments following childbirth - regardless of delivery type.
This is a comprehensive check that looks at:
-
Pelvic floor function
-
Abdominal muscle recovery
-
Posture and movement
-
Scar healing (C-section or episiotomy)
-
Your overall return to exercise and daily life
We’ll also talk through how to realistically reintroduce exercise into your routine - whether your goal is getting back to running, returning to the gym, or simply feeling stronger and more like yourself again.
My focus is always on listening to you - your goals, your concerns, and what matters most in your recovery.
When Should You Book?
It’s recommended to attend after your 6–8 week GP check.
However, I also regularly work with women who:

Want to return to exercise safely

Are preparing for another pregnancy
It’s never “too late” to address these issues.
